1.1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in the original packaging may not be eligible for return.

 

1.2. Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to process your return.

1.4. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

2.1. Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team at support@woyeraproducts.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
